Furniture Forward (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides furniture pickup and removal services in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. Furniture Forward is a brand operated by Instant Offer Furniture, Inc. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you request a pickup, schedule a pickup, or otherwise communicate with us.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read it and understand the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described here.
Personal Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to quote and complete a furniture pickup. Depending on how you interact with us, that includes:
- Contact details— your first and last name and your phone number.
- Pickup address— the street address, unit, city, state, and ZIP code where the items are located.
- Item information— the photos you upload and the names, condition, and any notes you provide for each item.
- Communications with us— the content of text messages and photos you exchange with our team about your request.
- Scheduling information— the pickup window you select and our internal notes about the visit.
- Usage information— standard device and analytics information collected when you visit our website, including through Google Analytics and Google Ads.
We do not collect or store payment card numbers or bank account information. Removal fees are collected in person at pickup by credit card, cash, or Venmo, and card transactions are handled by our payment processor, not by us.
How We Use Your Information
- To evaluate your items and prepare your removal quote or free-pickup confirmation
- To contact you by text message about your request, quote, and scheduled pickup
- To schedule, route, and complete the pickup
- To keep records of completed pickups and fees collected
- To maintain the security of our services and to comply with applicable law
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Our text messaging provider, to deliver and receive the messages we exchange with you
- Our hosting, database, and file storage providers, to store your request and its photos
- Our calendar provider, to schedule the pickup visit
- Our payment processor, when a removal fee is paid by card
- Our advertising and analytics providers, for website measurement
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others. We do not share your information with advertisers for their own marketing purposes.
Text Messages
If you give us your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Furniture Forward about your pickup request — a submission confirmation, your removal quote, scheduling confirmations, and support replies from our team. Message frequency varies with your interaction. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of service. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
We do not share your phone number or your text message consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your pickup request and its photos for as long as needed to complete the pickup, keep our business records, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Requests that do not result in a pickup are deleted on a rolling basis.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their state of residence.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
